Work will begin shortly on the $90MM Campus Square/Pilgram Village redevelopment project in downtown in Buffalo adjacent to the Medical Campus. CMC was engaged by the construction lender and equity investor to provide plan and cost review analysis as well as monthly construction progress monitoring services. CMC's primary service footprint includes NY, OH, PA and MA.
Work will begin shortly on a new $14MM AC Hotel by Marriott located in suburban Cleveland. The 145 room hotel is part of the 58-acre Pinecrest mixed-use development currently underway in Orange Village. Construction has started on the $10MM Nineteen North Apartment project in downtown Buffalo, NY. The four-story structure will contain 39 one and two-bedroom apartments along with 40 ground-floor parking spaces.
