CMC was engaged to represent the construction lender to provide plan and doc review, cost analysis as well as site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
A comprehensive historic redevelopment in the Arbor Hill neighborhood in downtown Albany, New York is underway. The $48MM project will fully renovate SEVENTY (70) turn-of-the-century row houses containing 210 apartment units in the Clinton Avenue and Ten Broeck Triangle neighborhood. CMC is representing both the construction lender and the tax credit equity investor providing plan and cost review, budget analysis, monthly site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
CMC is consulting on the $25MM transformation of the long-vacant Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company building to apartments, providing Plan and Cost and Site Inspection reporting. The historic building is located in Larkinville (Buffalo). It is the largest renovation in the Buffalo area in terms of units.

Work will soon start on the $15MM transformation of the long-vacant Pierce-Arrow Factory Complex in downtown Buffalo, NY. Plans for the four story 100,000 sf building call for a total of 72 market rate loft apartments ranging in size from 700 to 1,500 square feet. The design also will include a reconstructed north parking lot for 120 vehicles. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan, doc and cost review analysis as well as monthly site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
The $102MM Phase I historic renovation and reuse of the Richard Olmstead Complex was recently completed. The 145 year old eight-building complex is situated on 93 acres in Buffalo, NY, and is scheduled to undergo a multi-phased renovation which will take place over a period of nearly 10 years. When completed, the mixed-use complex will contain a hotel, banquet facilities, conference/event center, residential housing, as well as the Buffalo Architecture Center and other community space. CMC is pleased to be part of this significant community project. CMC was engaged as construction consultant to provide plan review, cost analysis, inspection services and progress reporting for the new Delaware North Building, a 330,000sf mixed-use project situated on a 1.95 acre site in Buffalo, NY. The 12-story glass-walled building features class A office space, a 120-room Westin Hotel, street level retail, a 7,000-square-foot outdoor courtyard, and a 5-story adjacent parking ramp for 593 vehicles. The building was designed and constructed to achieve a LEED-Silver certification through the U.S. Green Building Council.
