BUFFALO, NEW YORK - MAY 20, 2014: Construction Monitoring Consultants Inc. (CMC) has acquired iNTEGRATA Systems and has added two industry veterans to its management team, positioning the firm for growth with expanded services and expertise.

CMC has utilized iNTEGRATA’s flagship product, StructDB software, under an exclusive licensing agreement since 2004. CMC also announces two additions to its management team:
Brian S. Smith has been appointed Senior Vice President, Director of Business Operations and Strategy. A commercial real estate industry veteran for nearly 30 years, Brian's extensive experience spans all disciplines from lending and risk management, to workout and compliance, to project development and construction management. Brian is co-founder and partner of iNTEGRATA Systems.
Yair Sageev has been appointed Vice President - Director of Technology Solutions. An innovative software engineer, system architect and IT expert, Yair possesses more than 20 years of systems and software experience. Yair's background spans mobile apps to databases, utilizing a wide variety of languages, platforms and toolsets. Yair is co-founder and partner of iNTEGRATA Systems.
