The $10MM renovation to transform the former Ramada Inn to a Hilton Doubletree Hotel will begin shortly. The eight-story, 95,000 SF structure located in Jamestown, New York, contains 147 guest rooms and over 4,000 SF of banquet space.  CMC represents the construction lender and will provide plan review, budget and cost analysis as well as site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
