Work has begun on the historic Shea's Seneca Theater building in Buffalo, New York. The 48,000 SF structure will undergo a $9.5MM transformation into a mixed-use complex featuring 23 apartment units, banquet facility and retail space.  CMC is representing the construction lender and will provide plan, doc and cost review analysis as well as monthly site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
