The new $20MM Saranac Lodge Resort is nearly complete. The resort is situated on Lake Flower Pontiac Bay in Saranac Lake, NY and contains 93 luxury guest rooms, banquet hall, restaurant and spa. CMC was engaged by the construction lender syndicate to provide upfront plan review and cost analysis, together with monthly project site inspections and progress reporting services.
