Construction will commence shortly on a new $50MM Amazon Distribution and Warehouse Facility located in Hamburg, New York. The proposed 186,000 SF facility will be constructed on 57 acres and include transportation docks, logistics and warehouse storage. CMC has been retained by the construction lender to perform an upfront plan review and cost analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
