Work continues on the $30MM redevelopment of the former Sears store and the Irondequoit Mall in Rochester, NY. The new Skyview Apartments will consist of 2 structures and 160,000sf containing a total of 157 senior apartment units. CMC was engaged by the construction lender and equity investor to perform upfront plan review and cost analysis, as well as monthly project inspections and progress reporting services.
