Construction will begin shortly on the new $55 million Riverbridge Apartment complex in Berlin, MA. The 204-unit multi-building complex will be part of the larger Riverbridge Village, a mixed-use development situated on 112 acres which will include retail, medical, hospitality and entertainment space. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan and doc review, budget/cost analysis as well as monthly inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
