Work will soon begin on the $25 million 200-unit Sibley Lofts project in Rochester NY. The residential phase is part of a larger $150 million multi-phased re-use project which will transform the 1-million square foot Sibley Building into an urban mixed-use development including residential space, office space, and retail space. CMC is representing the construction lender and will provide an upfront plan doc review, budget and cost analysis as well as monthly site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
