The $30 million Phase I redevelopment of the Westbrook Village Apartment Complex located Hartford, CT - North End will get underway soon. Under a multi-phased plan, the existing 1940's era 360-unit complex will be demolished and 400 new apartments units, a grocery store, a pharmacy and other retail services will be built on the site. The initial phase of the project will consist of 75 apartment units and community space. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan and doc review, budget/cost analysis as well as monthly inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
