Construction will commence shortly on the $21MM Hampton Inn & Suites located on South Union Street, Rochester, NY. The project will consist of a new five-story hotel in an area known as the “Neighborhood of Play” subdivision. This is named for the proximity to the Strong Children’s Museum. CMC has been retained by the construction lender to perform an upfront plan review and cost analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
