Construction will commence shortly on the $60MM Rickenbacker Logistics Park Phase II project located on Airbase Rd. in Lockbourne Ohio. Phase II work will consist of the construction of over 1 million square feet of Industrial Warehouse space. CMC has been retained by the construction lender to perform an upfront plan review and cost analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
