Work will soon start on the $15MM transformation of the long-vacant Pierce-Arrow Factory Complex in downtown Buffalo, NY.  Plans for the four story 100,000 sf building call for a total of 72 market rate loft apartments ranging in size from 700 to 1,500 square feet. The design also will include a reconstructed north parking lot for 120 vehicles. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan, doc and cost review analysis as well as monthly site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
