The $102MM Phase I historic renovation and reuse of the Richard Olmstead Complex was recently completed. The 145 year old eight-building complex is situated on 93 acres in Buffalo, NY, and is scheduled to undergo a multi-phased renovation which will take place over a period of nearly 10 years. When completed, the mixed-use complex will contain a hotel, banquet facilities, conference/event center, residential housing, as well as the Buffalo Architecture Center and other community space. CMC is pleased to be part of this significant community project. CMC represented both the construction lender and equity investor providing plan review, cost analysis and construction progress monitoring services.
