Construction will commence shortly on the $7.5 MM School House Manor. This project will consist of the renovation of a historic, previously converted apartment building that used to be a school in Oakfield, NY. CMC has been retained by the construction lender to perform an upfront plan review and cost analysis, the use of our proprietary StructDB platform, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
