Construction will commence shortly on the $48MM Rails on Main Project on Main Street in Buffalo NY. The project will consist of a new 5-story, 197,140 SF building that will include 312 apartments. There will be an additional 1,500 SF in retail space and 3,675 SF of office space to reside in newly renovated existing buildings. CMC has been retained by the construction lender to perform an upfront plan review and cost analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
