Work will soon begin on the $30 million inner-loop project known as 270 East Avenue, in Rochester, New York. The proposed project is a 220,000sf, five-story mixed use building containing retail, office, 107 apartments and live/work townhomes together with a 124-space parking garage. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan, doc and cost review analysis as well as monthly site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
