The conversion and re-use of the Pierce Arrow Motor Car building on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo, NY is set to begin soon. The $20MM renovation project will transform the historic structure into 105 loft apartments and retail space (a 100-seat restaurant is currently proposed). CMC is representing the construction lender and will provide an upfront building condition assessment, plan review, budget and cost analysis as well as site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
