A comprehensive historic redevelopment in the Arbor Hill neighborhood in downtown Albany, New York is underway. The $48MM project will fully renovate SEVENTY (70) turn-of-the-century row houses containing 210 apartment units in the Clinton Avenue and Ten Broeck Triangle neighborhood. CMC is representing both the construction lender and the tax credit equity investor providing plan and cost review, budget analysis, monthly site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
