Construction has started on the $10MM Nineteen North Apartment project in downtown Buffalo, NY. The four-story structure will contain 39 one and two-bedroom apartments along with 40 ground-floor parking spaces. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide upfront plan and cost review analysis as well as monthly site visit and construction progress monitoring services for the newest downtown luxury residential project located adjacent to the Buffalo/Niagara Medical campus.
