A comprehensive historic redevelopment of several structures at Niagara and Seventh Streets in Niagara Falls, New York will soon be underway. The $6MM mixed-use project will provide 17 market-rate apartments and office/incubator space. The Niagara Global Tourism Institute will occupy office space in the project. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan, doc and cost review analysis as well as monthly site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
